Happy Thursday, y'all! How is you guys' week going? My week has been kinda exciting. I've been at my new job 5 weeks, and yesterday, I officially kicked off my first project! I'm also kinda nervous, but it's the good kinda nervous.
This orange dress is one of those pieces that I usually feel indifferent about. I forget about it. When I see it in my closet, I'm just like "meh". All that changes when I actually put the dress on though. I absolutely love the color and fit. When I first bought this orange dress, I debated for a few days on whether I should keep it or not. I had found it during one of my regular TJ Maxx visits - the same way I also found the bag in this post, this denim shirt , this wrap dress , these bow pumps , this Rebecca Minkoff bag , this Rebecca Minkoff bag .... and the list goes on. You get the point. Anyways, I was debating whether this orange dress was versatile enough to keep or not. Then I decided I really liked it, so I was just gonna keep it. Little did I know, I would wear it over and over. It was previous seen here , and I also wore it to my MBA graduation . Yesterday morning, as I was going through my closet, trying to decide what to wear to work, I saw this dress. Since I was wearing a (sorta) bright orange dress to work, I decided to keep everything else neutral and simple, to tone the dress down a bit. Also, I didn't have time to flat-iron my hair, so I decided to put it up in a braided bun.
