Honorary mention to peplum which continues to be a trend in the Fall. Also, Red and Black were everywhere on the runways!
I'm so excited that Black & White and Leather continue to be on trend. I also loved seeing all the white on the runways. I also saw some metallics, including DVF and Marc Jacobs. And I am, of course, thrilled about military green and animal prints!

Spring 2013 Trend Report
New York Fashion Week has come and gone, like a whirlwind! I spent the past couple days looking at all the collections and figuring out top trends for next season. I always find it so interesting that even with all these designers creating independently, we are able to find trends that are common in their collections!
Also, as a budget shopper, I love the timing of NYFW. You get to know about next season's trends, just in time for the end-of-season sales! So, take advantage of the fab discounts and stock up for next season!
