Outfit: Denim + Leopard

Happy Monday, lovies! How was you guys' weekend? Mine was good - lots of family time & some work.

So, I actually wore this outfit out last weekend, for dinner and a night out with some business school friends. Let me tell you why I didn't post it earlier. There's an almost devastating story. I found this denim shirt during one of my regular visits to TJ Maxx, and I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, when shooting this outfit, I totally forgot to shoot the cutest part of this denim shirt - it's pinched in the back with 3 buttons. It's super adorable. Anyways, I bought the shirt a couple hours before heading out last weekend, and I really wanted to wear this denim shirt for a night out. At first, I was gonna wear it with my faux leather pants, but it was wayyyy too hot! So, I decided to pair it with my favorite black skirt, and added these leopard heels (also seen here ) to dress it up a bit. Anyways, I didn't get a chance to shoot the outfit before I headed out, but I really liked it, and I definitely wanted to post it. So, I figured I'll shoot it the next day. As I was about to put the outfit on to go take pictures, I saw a HUGE tear in the back of the shirt! How long had it been there? Did everyone see it when I wore it the night before?? How embarrassing! Once I got over all that, I realized how much I loved this denim shirt, and I really wanted it. So, I called like 3 different TJ Maxx stores, and finally found another one! I am so glad I did because it's the cutest little denim shirt, and it's super versatile! I would've been so devastated if I hadn't found another one!
