Outfit: Faux Leather Skort

Ok, let's talk about this faux leather skort. Remember when the Zara skort became super popular and everyone was wearing them? You'll never believe how much I paid for this Modern Citizen faux leather skort, and I was browsing the racks at Crossroads - the same consignment store where I found the gorgeous, vintage Gucci bag in this post (also seen here ), and saw this skort. I never thought I could pull this off because I don't like how shorts look on me, but this is a skirt in the front so I decided to try it on, and I fell in love instantly! The best part? The price tag! It was $15 and then 50% off. That's right, I got it for $7.50! Did you jump on the skort wagon? How did you style yours? I know I a tad late to the party but I am obsessed with this faux leather skort! It's the perfect summer to fall transition piece, no?

By the way, I can't believe another weekend has gone by and it's Monday already! Hope you all had an amazing weekend! Mine was pretty laid back. Saturday afternoon, I went to Hoboken to catch up with a friend of mine. We went to Pier A and then Pier 13 - I can't believe I had never been to Pier 13! It's so fun, and has beautiful views of NYC. Sunday, I just bummed and didn't do anything productive. How was you guys' weekend?
