Happy Hump Day, lovies! How is your week going? I'm going to complain a bit more about the weather. What's the weather been like where you're located? Btw, today's post is pretty wordy! Can't wait to hear your thoughts on it!
So, I like to get into all kinds of crazy things when I'm taking blog pictures, as you can see in this post ! For today's post, I decided to climb up on a super tall wall. At 5'2", this was definitely a struggle, but I just had to try it. So, I hopped up on this wall and thought I got away unscathed, until I got home and noticed the terrible scratches on my pumps! I've owned these pumps for a few years now, and over the years they've definitely seen their share of battle scars from the streets of NJ, to NYC sidewalks. This time, however, they took some serious hits. I don't know what to do, you guys! I'm heartbroken! When you mess up a pair of black pumps, it's easy to find a replacement, but when you mess up a unique pair of shoes, what do you do??
Now, as I'm writing this post, I'm thinking - isn't this quite a bit like life? The more unique you are, the more irreplaceable you are! So, be unique ! To everyone who doesn't understand your shoe love - share this post so they can understand how shoes can teach you so much about life! Also, if you have any tips on what I can do with my beloved shoes, please let me know!
On another note, can you believe it's the last day of April? Crazy how it feels like NYE was just yesterday! So much to say in today's post, but we can now return to your regularly scheduled programming!
