Outfit: Phillip Lim x Target Dress

DSC_0010 When I first bought this dress, I was bit iffy about it. I'm not a fan of anything that's too close to my neck. But it's definitely grown on me. It's different, and the fit is really nice. I wore this outfit out to lunch last week.
